Multiple A or AAAA records are normal for CDN and hosting providers such as Cloudflare, Hostinger, Vercel, Netlify, AWS, Google Cloud, Fastly and Akamai. Treat them as load balancing/CDN behavior unless specific regions return missing or old records.
